All Kasi to launch a new kit
Zebras’ technical sponsors All Kasi are expected to launch a new kit for the 2012 African Cup of Nations (AFCON). The kit will be launched at Lekidi Football Centre in Gaborone on Friday. All kasi marketing manager Barnes Maplanka said that the new kit is intended to motivate the players during the games. “The players would be able to exchange their jerseys at the end of each game during the tournament,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Zebras will travel to Nigeria next week for an international friendly game against the Super Eagles. The game is expected to be played in Abuja on November 12. At the moment, Botswana Football Association (BFA) is working around the clock to get another game on November 15. BFA president David Fani said that they had agreed in principle with Ghana for a friendly game but after AFCON draw (in which the Zebras are in the same group with the Black Stars), they pulled out. |
